Tennis Players in local Hoboken NJ area interested in -

- sharing Indoor court rentals (winter),
- summer tennis down the shore,
- meeting for tennis playing event parties,
- and maybe having a social drinks after tennis.
We are a local Tennis Sports Club in Hoboken NJ area, whose Tennis Playing members participate in our all volunteer group. Membership has always been FREE, its up to you to play.
Our group demographics are predominantly area adults interested in playing tennis in our local Hoboken NJ area. Our registered members are tennis players of ALL levels (including beginners and families).
We currently have over 500 members. Even with all this tennis demand we only have three local Public courts available to us in the City of Hoboken. So most of us either travel to other public courts or pay for tennis membership at Stevens Tech College.
We all certainly wish we had more tennis courts in Hoboken for our families, children and schools. We believe Tennis is a great sport for your whole life. So the HTC members formed a sub-group of members in a PAC Political Action Committee - To advocate form more Tennis Courts, Open Space and Parks.
Members who are kind enough to volunteer in organizing or coordinating our tennis events ALL donate their time and efforts to our Hoboken community sports events and social efforts. If you are going to be a member, Your help at events and activities is always appreciated. (and Needed) .
After Eight Years - The Hoboken Tennis Club has signed up as a USTA CTA-Community Tennis Association in order to further promote our community advocacy of tennis activities. - It a great thing.
As part of our local area Hoboken community, we actively compliment, support, & cooperatively participate with efforts & events of other local Hoboken & Hudson County NJ area-

RSVP & Membership Email SignUp Information - RSVPs & Email contact with your HobokenTennis Club - We strongly recommend you please provide HTC with a personal or home email address for your contact with the club, our event announcements and activities. Please provide an Email address you’ll be using LongTerm. So you’ll never lose contact with your Tennis friends, Tennis partners, our activities and events. .
If you change jobs (and Email Addresses) at least you can still join us for your personal Tennis recreation. Additionally, Far Too many Employers are blocking and filtering our membership information to your work email accounts. So many members are missing event announcements or getting our notices too late due to bad email filtering or blocking.
Second Email Address - If you are allowed to get personal emails at work, you are always welcomed to provide us your work email or other email addresses as a secondary email addresses for contact with the club.
