We don't recommend any one instructor particularly, we just list those locally available in our local Hoboken area. It's up to YOU, the individual student, to choose the instructor, program and service levels that feels right for your schedule, learning style and your budget. Private Instruction Lessons from a coach you hire is allowed at our Hudson county Parks. So you can try to save $$$ if you set it up yourself.

Hoboken Recreation Dept Summer - FREE Lessons for KIDS ONLY - 2008
The Recreation Department of Hudson County 201-915-1388 for 2008 Season.
HELD AT THE - The 3 Columbus Park Tennis courts IN HOBOKEN Call them for ALL INFORMATION - Make sure you keep note on who you spoke to at the department and follow their instructions to register.
Available on a First come first serve basis. Sign up Early, Bring All your Hoboken Proof of Residency-Official Documents - Drivers License, Lease and or utility bill.
Check this Hoboken Recreation's Website for Program Information - Clinic usually run from July to August for about Eight Weeks. They are held at Columbus Park in Hoboken. Best of all the Programs were held for FREE to Hoboken residents.
Dates of program are usually Eight to Ten Weeks between June 20 to Aug 30th
We received Great reviews on these programs for Kids and Adults.
Should you know any neighborhood Kids interested in sports,
please tell them about these programs.
Racquets and Ball are provided, so
there is NO cost for local families.

Events Notice * - We would please ask ALL participants
to assist with our group events. The more you help, the more fun our
events will be. Guests welcomed, the more, the merrier.
HTC - Hoboken Tennis Club is area community based All Volunteer Members sports interest association. HTC compliments and supports other Hoboken Area sports, social and community groups. All HTC event organizers donate their time and pay for their own participation fees in all events. Any group event fees that participants pay just cover the court rental fees and equipment costs. You are just paying your own way or your fair share of your own participation costs. Much like paying for your own dinner. Our volunteer group's individual event organizers make zero dollars, it's all volunteer and their time is donated.
Event Pre-payments are requested for fully confirmed guaranteed reserved player spots and are only requested so other tennis players aren't stuck with court costs, for no shows.
