Wow... the original! Situated on SR 60 across from the mall and about a mile east of US 19 this two story building was the original Hooters to open. Need I say more? This one is a definitive must visit. The waitresses were, for the most part, attractive and friendly, although I would suspect one or two of them were around when the location first opened in 1983. I went back again during a SCUBA diving trip and definitely had a good time. Our waitress, Kate, put up with us for about four hours total! There are definitely two "best-view" tables though. The one that the group picture is taken at is the first large table you see when you walk in. There's another large six-person table right by a register on the west wall... a quick glance or two is always in order.
