The Hooters of Panama City is located in the 23rd St. Plaza (with Publix) between U.S. 98 and U.S. 231.  This corner store is fairly small with maybe around 15-20 tables total.  The waitresses I met were very cordial and, because it was kind of dead, they didn't mind sitting down and chatting for a while.  They were also ALL quite attractive... apparently the girl in the thong on the back of the 2000 Hooters calendar used to work at this store.  If I was just passing through town and wanted some dinner I'd probably stop at this one before I'd go back to the beach but that's just me.  I did get a picture of the outside of the store and I'll post it as soon as I get the film developed.
