The Hooters of Jacksonville Mandarin (or San Jose depending on who you ask) is a beautiful store right on the corner of San Jose Blvd. and Baymeadows Blvd.  It is situated right on the dock overlooking a small river and has a large accomodating deck that wraps around the front part of the building.  The waitresses were all very attractive, friendly, and above all, good waitresses.  After having lunch there and taking a friend to another appointment, I ended up sitting at the bar for several hours with no complaints from the barmaid.  The wait staff even enjoyed seeing me eavesdropping on their conversations at the front door and then cracking up... this one is definitely worth a return visit (or one or two).
