This is one of the largest and busiest Hooters I have ever seen, probably because it is the only location in all of Tampa (although there are others close by in Clearwater, Brandon, and St. Pete.).  Located on Hillsborough Avenue between I-275 and the Veteran's Expressway (sorry I can't give better directions, I wasn't paying that much attention), the place gets absolutely packed on any given Friday afternoon although the wait is not long given the sheer quantity of seating available.  I can't really give you an impression of the waitresses in general simply because they were so busy but the one we had was prompt and courteous (but not sociable) and the hostess was very talkative while we were waiting for our table.  My first impression from a lot of them though was that they had their noses stuck up in the air just a bit.  I'm a little anxious to go back and find out for sure though.
