Luck O' the Irish
The Luck o' the Irish card allows the player holding it to draw one card fewer than he would
normally be required to. The player does not have to play the card to receive this
protection.
Example: Player1 discards a Draw 4. Player2 fends with another Draw 4. Player3 displays to
the other players that he has the Luck o' the Irish, returns it to his hand, and draws 7 cards.
At the end of the hand, the Luck o' the Irish card is worth 75 points.
