Mid August 16 people graduated with certificates from the Effective Practical Management Course. Our course leader was George Lightfoot who has recently joined HRABA with his business “Entrepreneur Support Services”. To be more correct, George Lightfoot was our trainer and coach. “Helping People Get Results” is his motto. Some of the subjects covered were: Habits & Attitudes, Planning & Setting Goals, Goal Achievement Plans, Time Management, Communications, Interviewing, Motivation, Delegation, Human Resources, Job Descriptions, Hiring, and Consultative Relationship Selling & Customer Service.

We met for ten weeks Tuesday a.m. for 1½ hours at Richardson Access Elevator (Special thanks goes to Bill Richardson for donating the use of his facilities for our course).
