Do you believe that the loan
was made on the same day the Guarantee was signed?
That means commencement date of the Hire Purchase Loans
and the date of the Guarantee was the same.
AMCB Paid the Taiwanese suppliers before approval of the loan?
Notice the signatures were the same as the one dated 4 August 1991!
On the first copy of these documents provided by my Malaysian solicitors CL Boo Associates, shadows of dented lines can be seen - forgery!
