*Earlier remarks read signed on 3rd August 2001 amended.

Heard on the 1st Aug 2001, denied my explanation.  Order filed on 3rd August 2001.  Wrote for further arguments with the discovery that one of the Guarantee dated 4th August 1991 (An official banking holiday) was in doubt to prove my innocence.  Replied with letter dated 8th August 2001 denying my request.

Obtained Files from Mr. Teo Keng Siang

Records of the proceedings were given to me on July 7, 2001.
