And Without my consent and knowledge!
Mr. Eng Siow Ping was a classmate of Choy Chee Yean?
Mr. Eng should have requested his classmate Mr.Choy to appeal against the Court's decision to grant my application to set aside the judgment dated 6th July 1995 instead of taking a new Judgment against me? Can any legal advocates tell me that I am wrong with this assumption?
And again all this happened without my knowledge! Not until Mar 2001!
Mr. Roland Tong of Wong Tan & Molly Lim CLAIMED "res judicata" - literally telling me to "shut up" against the Intent of the Law!
I argued, as defendant in person, that this term cannot stand. That estoppel was caused by
the plaintiffs and the solicitors. That two of the four identities were absent from the proceedings, in layman language.
I do not know Mr. Choy or Mr. Eng personally.
