Military Links

If your child has decided the military is the way to go, here are some links for careers and other information.

Air Force Careers - A great list of careers available to both military and civilian in the Air Force

Air Force Guidelines for homeschoolers -
I think the Air Force has the right idea and I hope more services will set up sites for the interested homeschooler. Of course, since we've seen many sides of the military, we know the Air Force seems to always be ahead of everything.

Army Recuiting - Interested in joining the Army? Here is where you can find all the information you need.

Marine Corps - Want to find out what it takes to become one of the few, the proud? Click here and take a virual comic strip trip to boot camp. It's very funny. You must answer your drill instructor correctly or you will be doing your sit - ups.

Military Careers
- This site offers information in each of the branches of service on military careers.

Navy Jobs - Go to their FAQ's to find out what the qualifications are to join the Navy. From this link you can learn about the Navy, have information sent to you and there is a place for parents to go find out information also.

West Point - Admissions information, frequently asked questions and much more.

If you have questions about the military from personal experience, feel free to e-mail us. My husband has served in the Marine Corps and the Army. I also have a brother who is retired from the Air Force (I have a link to his site on my Links page) and another brother who served in the Navy and Army.
