This is a popular cash crop of Rajasthan. It is picked from it's plant when
the crop is about to ripe and absolutely green. Because if the crop is ripen
than the seeds which Falee contains, become hard and Falee becomes dry and yellow. After picking Falee, villagers let it dry in the direct sun light and
Falee becomes ready to be preserved and stored for unlimited time. |
