Description

                                           Kair  is one of the most important green herbs found in the great desert of THAR. It grows during the hot months of April-May. This is great source of  moisture and nutrition. Kair is ready to cook vegetable. It is cooked by various recipes, started from the  villages of Rajasthan state to five star hotels, through out  India.
Kair can  be preserved and stored for unlimited time period by going through a simple process, which is very well known in the village culture of Rajasthan. After getting dried by this process it becomes ready to cook through out the year.
