| Here's the conversation that Greenlee and Leo had after she found out that her father was stealing from her: Greenlee: Leo, do you really think I needed to know that my parents have been stealing from me? Do you think I honestly had to know that the only reason they even speak to me is to make sure that they can get their hands on my money? Leo: Greenlee, you can go to your grandfather and tell him. He can keep an eye on your trust fund. Greenlee: You idiot. Leo: What? Greenlee: You're an idiot, Leo, and you just don't get it. Why would I want to know for sure that my parents don't give a damn about me? I didn't want to know it, and I sure as hell didn't want you to know it. Leo: You know, Greenlee, once again you totally misinterpret what I'm trying to do to help you. Greenlee: You didn't do anything for me except ruin my life. Leo: Don't be such a drama queen. Greenlee: Damn it, Leo, I don't have anything except who I am and where I came from, and you've managed to take both of those things away from me tonight. Leo: Greenlee, I caught your father in the act of stealing from you. He was stealing from you. Greenlee: He's my father. Leo: Exactly. Greenlee: Who the hell are you to decide how I exist in my own family? I've spent my entire life trying to hold onto the little scraps of attention that they've given me, and now you've humiliated my father, you've made me feel as big as a gnat for being stupid, and now you're telling me -- giving me this lecture about this favor that you're doing me? Are you really that clueless? Leo: You know, this is why we never would've made it. I stand up and defend you to the one person who never appreciated you or loved you for who you are! Greenlee: Are you listening to me? I didn't ask for you to defend me. You left me, remember? Leo: Greenlee, don't mix us up with your father. It is not the same thing. Greenlee: It is exactly the same, Leo. You left me, my father uses me for my money, my mother barely speaks to me, and my grandparents are this close to disowning me. I was trying to hold onto the one thread that I had left, and you ripped that away from me! And for the life of me I don't know why because you're still going to walk out that door and leave me behind, aren't you? Leo: Greenlee, wait -- Greenlee: No, you get out of here. |

| Greenlee came aboard the Fidelity to see Leo about a dry cleaning bill. After being stuck in the state room, the two gave into temptation and kissed. (sound familiar?) However, Gillian interrupted them, and Leo broke away from Greenlee. He later planned a date with Laura (Greens came with them too! But was caught by Bianca! Oops! BUSTED!). |

| She teamed up with Vanessa in order to get Leo back, but Leo saw through the scheme. He embarrassed Greenlee in an Incredibledreams.com party by giving her a "two thousand dollar kiss" when she really paid to have a date with him. |
| Leo confessed his love for Greenlee to Vanessa and said that the only reason why he can't be with her is that he doesn't want to hurt her. He and Vanessa had come to Pine Valley with their sights set on scamming Greenlee Smythe. Here's a transcript of Leo telling Vanessa that he isn't going to scam Greenlee: Vanessa: Then what is it, Leo? Your conscience? Oh, Darling, please. This is working better than either one of us ever even dreamed. Leo: There is no plan, Vanessa. Vanessa: Well, then there is no discussion because I'm not going to stand by and let you throw away a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Leo: I love her, Mother. I love Greenlee so much. And I don't care what you do or you say or you think. You're not going to control me anymore. I love her. And I'm not going to do anything to hurt her. |
