Here's a transcript of Jake talking to Greenlee afterwards:

Greenlee: Talk about a self-serving, egomaniac. Leo actually made me calling the police completely about him.
Jake: So you did call the police.
Greenlee: Yes! I called out of civic duty, and, of course, I didn't want Leo or anyone else to killed.
Jake: Well, Greenlee, why didn't you just admit it? Why did you lie to him?
Greenlee: I had to lie.
Jake: Why?
Greenlee: Because. Leo was just stroking his own ego. He doesn't care about my feelings. He didn't even bother to say thank you.
Jake: Well, that's too bad. I mean --
Greenlee: You want to know something? Never again. If I saw Leo on the side of the road bleeding to death with a telephone pole through his chest, I wouldn't lift a finger to help him.
Jake: Wow. Wow. I'd say you really got it bad, don't you?
Greenlee: Got what bad?
Jake: A terminal case of Leo du Pres. You really love him.
Greenlee: Love him? I hate him.

Leo storms off from BJ's and asks Laura to spend a night (no worries...Leo wasn't going to have sex with that clueless git)
Leo had given David a tape for incriminating him for 100,000 dollars (though, he probably would've given it to David even without the money.)
Anyway, he made a copy, and put it in the boathouse. It wasn't a very smart choice because Tad found it. After that, David was arrested at his Awards Ceremony. Ohh....that must've been embarrassing!!
Leo is upset that he had put his brother in this position and blamed himself. But good old Greens was there to comfort him.
Leo and Greenlee went to Ryan and Gillian's wedding together because he had their rings. Once there, they were told to stay.
Greenlee saw the way that Ryan and Gillian had been talking to each other, and left to go to the Chapel where Ryan and Gillian were married.
Leo followed her, and there, they made up!
They decided to take their relationship "one day at a time".
Here's a transcript of Leo and Greenlee in the chapel of Ryan and Gillian's wedding:

Leo: What happened? I thought you were having a good time.
Greenlee: I was. I was, surprisingly. And then -- I don't know -- I saw Gillian and Ryan looking at each other and I heard the sweet things that they said to each other, and I was just consumed with this dreadful, tight feeling right here. I don't even know what to call it.
Leo: I do. It's called envy.
Greenlee: No. No. No, I'm happy for them. I'm glad that they can feel that way about each other.
Leo: While you're in church anyway.
Greenlee: No, this has nothing to do with those two, Leo. It's me. Ryan toasted Gillian and said, "she's the woman who gives me everything." Who will ever say that about me? Will I ever find that kind of connection with another person? The kind of devotion that lasts a lifetime?
Leo: Oh, come on, Greenlee. Devotion? Lifetime? You don't want that.
Greenlee: Yes, Leo, I do.
Leo: So do I.
Leo: We screwed up, Greenlee. We could have had what Ryan and Gillian had.
Greenlee: Do you really think so?
Leo: We were halfway there.
Greenlee: So what happened?

(they kissed!!)
