| Leo, however, was still blackmailed by Paolo who was having an affair with Vanessa. Leo was shocked to find them in bed one day. Paolo also blackmailed Vanessa. That night, Derek found Leo standing over the corpse of Paolo. A short while later, Leo was arrested for the murder of Paolo. Greenlee bailed Leo out and the two ended up making love on the Wave Set after Ryan blew Greenlee off. Both insisted that it was a mutual attraction and that it meant nothing. |

| Here's a Transcript of Greenlee bailing Leo out of Jail: L: Yeah, stick a fork in me. Hey, Greenlee, I will...I will never survive in prison. G: I know. L: I mean, it's not so bad when the guard walks by and, you know, I complain about the hospitality and I get a laugh out of him, but I know what they're thinking. They're thinking, "That guy is dead meat." And this place can get so quiet. You know, one night here and it's like falling into a black hole. G: Your own personal cosmic loneliness. L: Yeah, right here in cheery old Pine Valley. G: I know what that's like. L: You've never been in prison before, Greenlee. G: Oh, you don't have to, Leo. You know, I had a birthday a couple months ago? L: Well, why didn't you invite me to the party? G: There was none. There was nothing. L: Well, when was it? I'll put it on the cell wall. G: February 22. L: Next year. Maybe. G: You know what? I've got some errands to run. Guard? I'll see you later. L: You know where I'll be. [They hook pinkies] L: Thank you. [A moment later, the guard returns.] Guard: Bye, DuPres. Free to go. Well, as soon as we finish the paperwork. L: Somebody paid my bail? Guard: Yeah, well, it looks like somebody likes you after all. [Greenlee appears with a big smile on her face] G: Listen, I only have a second. You can stay here and decorate or you can rejoin me in the civilized world. [Leo lifts her up off the ground in a big hug] |
