Leo confines in Bianca about his secret of wanting to seduce Greenlee at first, before he fell for her. He was to marry her, clean her out, and run. Bianca told Leo to tell Greenlee about his secret so that his mother cannot hurt their relationship. However, when he tried to tell Greenlee, she was already very upset that her father had pretended not to know her in front of Erica Kane. Instead, he told her that he loved her.
Here's a transcript of Leo and Greenlee on their first date after they got back together:

Greenlee: Hey, look. That cloud looks like an ATM machine.
Leo: Yep.
Greenlee: They say it'll be warming up.
Leo: All right, that's it. If this is what normal people talk about on a date, Greenlee, then normal's way overrated.
Greenlee: Just give it a chance.
Leo: What else are we supposed to do?
Greenlee: I don't know. Being average was never a goal.
Leo: This is what you wanted -- you know, taking things slow, you know, dating like normal people. This is what you wanted. Right?
Greenlee: I lied.
Leo: Whoa, what do you mean you lied, Greenlee? What, did you like the bologna? Because I can --
Greenlee: No, I mean that I've always wanted to be normal like everyone else. You know? I tried so hard, but it's like other kids spoke a language I didn't understand. Stop it. After a while, it was easy to pretend that I didn't care.
Leo: Greenlee, being one of the lemmings doesn't guarantee happiness.
Greenlee: Yeah, but they know something that we don't. They must.
Leo: Who's this "they"?
Greenlee: The people that get it right.
Leo: Like who?
Greenlee: Joe and Ruth Martin.
Leo: Oh --
Greenlee: Do you know that they kiss and still mean it? They do. They hold hands. They even have nicknames for each other.
Leo: Whoa, whoa, whoa, please stop. You're weirding me out. Could we have another example, please?
Greenlee: Ryan and Gillian.
Leo: Oh, the princess and the pauper.
Greenlee: Mm-hmm.
Leo: So that's your idea of a plain-wrapped couple?
Greenlee: Yeah. Yeah, they fell in love, they had all kinds of trouble, but they stuck it out and now they're together. I want what they have.
Leo: So what's stopping you?
Greenlee: Me. I don't know how to get it. Sometimes I think everyone but me got a rule book.
Leo: I didn't get one. That's why we're just making things up as we go along.
Greenlee: Are we hopeless? I mean, is it impossible for people like us to find the kind of happiness that --
Leo: That what, normal people have? Greenlee, there's nothing wrong with doing it our own way.
Leo: I mean, why be ordinary when we could be extraordinary, right?
