Minutes:
5:00: Agenda passed out.
5:01: Zara called the meeting to order.
5:03: Zara moved to appoint Amanda Luong next year's Technical Coordinator; Ms. Bauer seconded; the motion passed uncontested.
5:03: Mary gave the Treasurer's Report. There was more money in the treasury than expected. The board discussed whether money should be refunded to schools or stay in the MJCL. Ms. Keeley moved to send a letter to each school requesting a decision to take its refund or donate it to the MJCL; Mark seconded; the motion passed uncontested.
5:12: Discussion opened to evaluate the State Convention. Among the problems discussed was the breakfast shortage. The prevailing suggestion for next year was to provide a large breakfast buffet and sandwiches for lunch.
5:22: Alexandra presented her final issue of the Forum Factorum.
5:27: The next Executive Board Meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, July 2, from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
5:30: The pre-Nationals party was scheduled for Tuesday, July 23 at Amanda Marcellino's house
5:33: Meeting adjourned
