Crathie and Braemar OPRs

Published here, with the kind permission of the Church of Scotland and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, are as many references to Ordachoy-related McHardys and MacHardys as I've been able to find in the Crathie and Braemar Old Parish Records 183, volumes 1 and 2.

My source for these volumes is the microfilm produced by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, source call number 0993177, which is a photographed copy of the original Parish Records held by the Register General for Scotland in Edinburgh. Microfilm 0993177 was filmed in 1978, and is black text on white background. Years included in volume 1 are 1717 to 1820, and in volume 2 are 1820 to 1854.

		Alexr Mchardy in Achalatar and Jean McGrigor his spouse had the following Children Baptized at the dates after mentioned. Margaret Mchardy upon the Novr 12th 1781 - Ann Mchardy upon the 20th of Augt 1783 - May Mchardy upon the May 2d 1785 - Charles Mchardy upon the 14th May 1787 - Mary Mchardy upon the Febry 9 1789. Elizabeth Mchardy upon the 4th of March 1791 and James Mchardy upon the 4th day of May 1792.
