Generally, the riffs are up to par with the action and beautifully expose the gaping plot holes and other logical and literary fallacies plaguing these stories. Sheesh, what AM I supposed to say, it's a MSTING! However, the host segments are very clever, what with Meagan appearing as the Mad and the entire AYB segment in the beginning of MST 3. Since the cast is new, the little segments allow us to get to know the characters a bit better (which is why the host segments exist on MST3K as well!)

However, I will add that sometimes it can be difficult to read the riffs because they don't stand out very well from the original Kami text, due to a lack of carrots for the initial text in some scenes. Also, when the curtain rose in Episode 3, the cast disappeared in one frame of the animation (along with the theater!). However, I would love to see more of this series!
