Our Good Friends
Lem and Jaunita celebrated their 50th golden wedding anniversary on December 30, 1989. They were our friends and neighbors for many years. Their friendship was special to us.
Lem was active in aviation helping to develop the Sapulpa airport where he served as an instructor before licensing was required. He retired from the Sapulpa Fire Department as Fire Chief. Lem was active in the Sapulpa Historical Society that displays Sapulpa's 1938 fire truck which he restored. Lem was a gentleman.
Jaunita was a loving wife responsible for raising three daughters, while serving as secretary and treasurer for Ridgeway Baptist Church. She will always be remembered as a woman of wit and humor.
