Nawab Nasiruddin Khan (alias Altaf) is the Nawab of Khujji. Khujji is in the Rajnandgaon Disctrict, of Chhattisgarh (Map to Khujji). He is the younger son of Nawab Habibah Begum (died on 09 July 1967 in Nagpur, Picture) and Nawab Mohiuddin Khan Bahadur (died on 09 August 1949 in Bombay/Mumbai, Picture).

Nawab Nasiruddin Khan married his fraternal cousin, Amirunnissa Begum, (alias Mahjabeen, Picture) the daughter of Syed Iqbal Yusuf (died in 197?, Picture). They are blessed with one son, Mohammed Irfan Khan (married to Syedah Shazia, alias Beenoo, the eldest daughter of his sister, Shameem Sultana) and daughters: Asma Khan (alias Seemee, married to Salman Khan the eldest son of his eldest sister, Shaukat Sultana), Rohma Khan (married to Minhajuddin Khan, alias Shoeb, the second son of of his elder brother, Nawab Sirajuddin Khan). The youngest daughter Noama Khan (Picture) is married to Sameen Ahmed Khan (Picture) the youngest son of Mrs. Nighat Iqbal Khan (died on Saturday the 23 May 2009, 29 Rabbi-Al-Awwal 1430, Picture) and Mr. Hamid Ahmed KHAN (died on Monday the 6 July 2009, 13 Rajab 1430, Picture). Sameen Ahmed Khan (Picture) is the grandson of Ghulam Mohammed Khan Saudagar (Picture) of Aurangabad, and Nawab Mohammed Abdul Quader of Kholapur. The wedding of Noama KHAN (Picture) and Sameen Ahmed Khan (Picture) took place on Thursday the 22 February 2001 (27th Ziquad 1421 Hijri) in Nagpur; they were blessed with a daughter Hajira KHAN (Picture), on Sunday the 07 November 2004 (23 Ramadan-ul-Mubarak 1425).
