1969 Mercury Series

The 1969 Mercury series was the final series for Post Cereal car premiums. The company producing these car premiums was now the John V. Zimmerman Company of St. Louis, Missouri (JVZ Co.) instead of the F&F Mold and Die Works of Dayton, Ohio. Four models of Mercurys with six different colors, which were generic instead of authenic colors, were made for a total of 24 plastic cars. The models were a Cougar Hardtop, Cyclone CJ Fastback, Maurader X-100 Sportsroof and a Marquis 4-Door Sedan. The six colors were yellow, medium lime, light blue, medium blue, red, and light copper.
