Pagogi

This is a very good Korean Dish. My Cousins wife taught me how to make this
many years ago. (I am not quite sure I spelled it correctly.)

Combine above items in a dish large enough to Marinate in refrigerator.
Overnight is better but can be done for 3 hours.
Once you have all items in dish, use enough Water to cover all the beef.

HERE IS A HINT: Have your beef half frozen, makes slicing easier.

When you are awake, shake or stir the dish
to help the flavors blend.

Heat a little oil in a WOK or large frying pan until HOT...
(Use enough oil to stir fry.) Stir Fry about a 1/2 cup of Pagogi at a time.

Serve over Rice.
