Turkey Taco's

These Turkey Taco's can be made and frozen and then re-heated in your Micro-wave.

  • 1 pound Cooked Turkey Breast diced.
  • 1 can green chilies diced.
  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 1 8 oz container of sour cream.
  • 2 jalopeno peppers.
  • 2 packages of Egg roll wraps.
  • Oil to deep fry.

    Combine diced turkey, chilies, sour cream, and peppers until completely mixed. Add the cheddar cheese and stir.

    Take the Egg Roll Wraps and fill with turkey mixture about 2 tablespoons per wrap. Fold and wrap like instructed on back of Egg Roll package.

    Deep Fry in Hot Oil until Turkey Taco's float or until golden brown.
