Green Chilie

  • 1 to 1-1/2 pounds of Boneless Pork
  • 2 cans of Mexican Stewed Tomatoes with Green Chilies or
  • 2 cans of Diced Tomatoes with Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 can of Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 can of Green Chilie Sauce (if you cant find this, you dont need it)
  • 4 Cloves of Fresh Chopped Garlic (more of less to your liking)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 Chopped Onion

Chop Pork into small pieces, and brown in large Pot. Add the fresh chopped garlic and chopped onion, brown for a few minutes. Add your flour a little at a time until all the pork is lightly coated. (You may not need to use the whole 1/2 cup.) Becareful not to burn. Add all cans of the above ingredients, and simmer. Stirring occasionally. The longer you simmer this the better it is. I will make this the morning or day before I want to use it. Then I reheat the Green Chilie Sause
Serve over Burritos.
