Werewolves.
Werewolves are entites that are human but can shift into an animal becouse of there DNA.

DICTIONARY DEFINITIONS

WEREWOLF (Old English werewulf, "man-wolf"), according to an ancient superstition, a man who can transform himself, into a wolf in nature and appearance. But also retaining the human intelligence.
LYCANTHROPY (Greek lykoi and anthropos"wolf" and "man") a delusion that one has become a wolf. Also the assumption of the form and characteristics of a wolf but only in mind. Most of the bad press on werewolves is really caused by people suffering from this.

For many were's, shifting is an everyday occurrence. Shifting allows the sleeping animal within a chance to get out and stretch.

This section aims to provide information for were's of all types.
