This site is dedicated to intense sports training and overall enlightenment. One of the site's focuses is to serve as a journal for us the owners who are working hard everyday, trying to push our game to the next level. For you the fans, there's also numerous workouts and training programs to help you achieve success in whichever sport you participate in. Use this site to take your game to the highest level. Remember that there's no secret formula to getting results, just hard work and a good attitude. We also encourage you to visit the Forum to chat with the owners and other fans. Playground23Legend is the founding member of the Dungeon. He has a wide variety of athletic interests which include basketball, football, and Mixed Martial Arts. He trains 6 days a week and his regimen includes weight training, speed training, plyometrics, and swimming. He has not decided to pursue any particular sport professionally at the present moment, but he instead hopes to simply have fun and see how far he can get with his current training schedule. His journal is updated daily and it includes his progress, thoughts, and ideas.

MarcusCamby23's Journal
MarcusCamby23 is a gritty athlete with huge dreams. Since a very young age, he has dreamed of having success on the hardwood with a career in the NBA. This lanky basketball player's training regimen includes weight training and a steady diet of basketball. MarcusCamby23 is always on the cutting edge of finding new ways to boost potential. He has had a tough journey thus far and hopes to soon accomplish his goals. His overall toughness is quite special and inspring to other athletes. His journal is updated daily.

911's Journal
911 is another basketball player, but his game is not limited to the gym. 911's interests lie more in Streetball than in organized basketball. His athletic abilities have been widely praised on the West Coast and some say that he is destined for greatness. His nickname coming from the Streetball Legend, 911 is always modest and continues to train hard, hoping to be discovered by And1. He hopes to keep getting better and take part in an And1 Open Run this summer. View his progress by reading his journal--updated daily.
