in the world of work?


TEACHERS EXPECT THEIR STUDENTS TO: EMPLOYERS EXPECT THEIR EMPLOYEES TO:
 1.  Be on time for class.
      On time equals more work accomplished.
 2.  Be cooperative.
 3.  Be dependable--participate in class, complete your
      homework and be prepared for tests.
 4.  Be eager to learn the subject and improve your grades.

 5.  Listen, understand, and follow directions in class, on 
      homework, and tests.
 6.  Ask questions when you need help of any kind.
 7.  Handle criticisim that is meant to correct mistakes
      and increase your understanding.
 8.  Show initiative in all classes and social activities.
 9.  Give an honest effort.  Your preparation will determine
      your success.
10. Respect themselves and others.
