Site is created, and I must say, I'm still rather lost at this point. Of course, none but myself shall be able to see the utter nothingness of this site. Why even mention anything? Well... the site was created today. 'Tis more a record for myself than anyone else.

I am officially opening the site today with seven poems and three images all made by me. Yeah, it took me eight days to finish what I call the basic layout. Of course, this site will remain under constant construction, but for now I'm pleased enough with what I have done to allow others to see it. Now to advertise and get people coming in... *sighs* That's the difficult part.

I got my first award. *does a jig* And to celebrate this wonderful event, I added two more poems to my collection. After you check out my poems, go see my award page. Or... you could go to the award page first, then my poems... *smiles*

I got bored so I added four more poems and two images to my pages. *yawns* Now I could use a nap...

Two updates in one day?!? Has the world come to an end...? *looks out window* Nope, looks like 'tis still there. Anyway I added three more images to my pages. I must be really bored... or really hyper. I don't know which... *shrugs*

Guess what? No... really... guess...You're not going to guess, are you? *sighs* You're no fun... alright, I'll just tell you. I added four more images and seven poems to my personal pages. *smiles* Yeah... I was bored... again. Oh, and if you haven't noticed... which you probably haven't if you weren't here before... I have changed some little things here and there.

Today... I lost my keys... and *grins* alright, I'll be serious... for a bit, anyway. I added four more images and three poems. All of them mine, since I haven't gotten any submissions yet. ~hint hint~ Oh yes... and may the forces of positivity lighten your path and keep you from disaster.

If you didn't notice, I re-organized the main page. I think it looks a bit cleaner now, and the blinking green lights were starting to give me headaches after working with them for so long. *smiles* I'm probably going to alter most of the other pages as well to make them more acceptable to myself. I added seven new images to my pages. Some of which may be removed later on, depending on what occurs later. You'll understand when you see... And I changed the layout for all the image pages. They may take longer to load, but they are a lot cleaner now.

Added two more poems to my section, and I changed the layout for the poetry pages as well. As far as I can tell, that ends the re-organization of this site. Of course, I could always change my mind later, but for now I am satisfied.

I took all the poems on page five and put them on page one with the others. To fill the emptiness of page five, I added a new poem. I also changed the font of all the poems, just in case you care. *smiles* Enjoy.

The image pages have changed a bit. I thumbnailed all the images for faster loading... but I haven't got the links to each picture going yet, so please do be patient. I also made some interesting buttons for those pages, which should be seeing the poetry pages as well rather soon.

I set the links for four images on page one, so you can go and see. The rest should be done rather soon... hopefully. Yes, I admit, it takes me a while to do things (and even longer to remember to do them).

I finally finished the links for all the images on page one. Yeah, I know... I just had some other things to deal with, that's why I didn't get done sooner. I hope to have the others done before the new year. I've also written a few new poems which I hope to post rather soon.

I added two more poems to my pages, just like I promised. However, I haven't worked on any more of the image links. Yeah, I'm lazy. *grins* I do have a new one sitting around here I need to post, which shall probably make me work a bit faster. Well... maybe...

The second image page now has working links. That just leaves page three and the new image I have to post. *smiles* Not much left now. Should be done really soon.

Yeah, a second update today. *grins* I'm awake many hours a day so I can do this. I added that new image I've been promising and I started work on the links of the third image page. Hopefully I won't get too lazy and be able to finish it tomorrow.

I finished all the image links on page three... though a day later than I wanted. I have completed all the links... *does a jig to celebrate* Oh, as a bonus, I added a new poem. I hope you like it.

The entire site is entering a period of reconstruction so that I can fix some organizational errors and to figure out a way to get more visitors. During this time I hope to write some new poems for your enjoyment as well as add a new section to the site. My most sincere apologies to any which really wanted to see the site during that time. I do promise to reopen as soon as possible.

Nope, I didn't finish anything... well, nothing you get to see yet. I just wanted to say may you all have a Happy New Year. Oh... yeah, I started putting the time with my updates. As you can see... I am not out partying, which means I don't have much of a life. Ah well... just don't drink and drive, okay?

Site work continues at a decent pace. Decent for me anyway. Bit by bit, the sections are being reconstructed. Of course, there isn't enough available to show at the moment. After I get the poetry pages up again, I think I'll reopen the site so you can see what I have accomplished.

Yes, I know, I said I would open it after I had the poetry section done... well, I didn't tell you when I was going to work on it, now did I? Anyway there is a new section called Dragon's Shrine, which is more or less a pathetic attempt by me to promote the dragon. It does have some nice links to other sites about dragons, though, so check them out if you have some time. I haven't added any new poetry, but there is some I'm working on which I do hope to have finished for you rather soon. I added a poem to the poetry section. My "homage" to war, so to speak. 'Tis on page nine, if you don't feel like looking through all the pages to find it. I'll try to get some more up soon... hopefully I shall start adding more positive pieces, as they have been requested. Probably be good for me to write some positive things as well. Depressing poems are... well... depressing.

This update is going to seem like I did a lot, but I really didn't do much. After you start looking around, I know you're going to agree. I added nine new images to the second sketch gallery... yes, nine. I also have two new links for the Dragon's Shrine which were kindly pointed out to me by a benevolent 'net surfer. So look about and have some fun... and as always, don't forget to tell your friends. *smiles*

Small update today. I added three new images to the second sketch gallery. I'm at a loss of inspiration for poetry right now... I hope to get some written soon, though. Well... maybe... Probably going to be an onslaught of images entering, though... I've obtained a decent art program, and I'm going to be playing with that a lot. The sudden introduction of colour to my images may cause me to change the name of the "sketches gallery" back to the "image gallery."

Woohoo! New poem added tonight. Page nine of poetry if you don't want to look through them all. I also removed some images from the second image gallery, since they looked almost alike to some of the others there, and because it would save a bit of space for future use.

A minor update. I added a random quote generator to the main page. To those familiar with web page/site building, this is probably nothing amazing, but to one like myself... 'tis awe inspiring. *smiles* Right now there are only fifty quotes in it... I might add more later, but I've promised myself no more than seventy. Sounds like a lot, but there were a lot of quotes I wanted to add, but didn't since I am unfamiliar with this level of javascript work.

Slight changes that nobody will probably notice but me. I altered the images of the main page, but there should be no visible change. I only altered file size so the page would load faster (hopefully). I also went and changed the text colour for the random quote generator.

More images throughout the site have been altered to reduce loading times, and to give me more web space to work with... I was able to recover a good bit of space as well. Also, three new links on the links page, all of which were kindly pointed out to me. Also thinking of adding a new ranting page. I don't know...

Big changes for at least the main page are in the works. After I'm done, I do believe this site shall have entered its third incarnation. Might be a while before I get it all together, though. Would look better if I knew something about html as well, but since I don't, I'm stuck to the point and click method. Ah well, at least the site is getting somewhat better with time.

Started to add elements for the third incarnation into the site. At the moment it doesn't appear to be much, but when I'm finished it shall hopefully be a bit more impressive. If not, then I guess I'll have a bit more planning to do for the fourth incarnation of this site. The main page hasn't been altered yet like I've said I would do, but no worries. It shall be done... and with luck, by the end of this week.

I said I'd get it done by the end of the week, and I did. *smiles proudly* Welcome to the third incarnation, which I have nicknamed the metal age. Things have taken a slightly more metallic appearance, but overall, 'tis basically the same site 'twas before. I added and subtracted quotes from the quote generator, and I'm up to seventy now. I've also added a new section called About Me, which is obviously about me. *smiles*

I noticed that some of the colours on the main page were altered from their original design. I figured this occured when I added the JavaScript for the random quote generator (If I knew anything more about html, I'd have a definite answer). So I played around and I think I fixed it, and if not, I'll try again later.

I finally added some new content to the site. Yeah, I know, 'tis been a while, but I was working on the appearance and adding new features. I added a new image into the Images section, which is decent picture, but still needs a lot of work. I'm also going to try to add some new poems as soon as possible. And no, I haven't any plans for the fourth incarnation of this site, yet. *smiles*

No worries, I haven't any "April Fools" nonsense. I added some JavaScript to the entrance page for date and time. If you've been there, then you've probably already seen it. Of course, if you don't have JavaScript capabilities, then I guess you didn't. *smiles* 'Tisn't a major action, but it shows that I have been learning a bit about html and site construction so I can eventually create a wonderful site.

Geocities has gone and altered their webpage maker, which is giving me a lot of trouble. 'Tis either my computer cannot keep up with the change, or their changes are causing things to slow down, but I haven't been able to do a decent update because of it. I did add a new poem to the site, and I'm going to try to add a new image if this program calms down. If anyone knows of a decent group with free webspace for a chap with limited html experience, let me know.

Nevermind about the free webspace whatnot. I guess whatever was going on with the Yahoo PageBuilder has been finished. I did convert the three image galleries into my own html, though. I'm rather proud of that. I also added the new image to the second gallery. I plan to remove the clock from the entrance page, as it has begun to annoy me. I'm done for tonight, though. I might convert some more pages into my own html later on, though, if only just to free up some space.

I decided to script the updates page in my own html. Not bad for a chap that couldn't even understand most html about two weeks ago. What does this mean? Well, it means I can script pages without having to be at my computer. Of course nothing takes effect until I get it online, but you know. I also took out some of the older updates, because I don't think anyone reads them anyway. They are on file, however, in the rare event you wish to read them. Just e-mail me about it. I've killed the JavaScript Clock finally, as I cannot stand the blasted thing anymore. 'Twas slowing the page down.

I've rescripted the entrance page into my own html. Slowly but surely, I'm converting this site. I also see how updating this site has become a lot easier since I decided not to be so lazy. 'Tis odd, but what the hell. I'm currently working on some new poems for the site, which should be up once I finish writing them. (Damn writer's block.)

Yes, I know, the poetry pages are currently unavailable. Why? Well, changed all the file names, but didn't update any of the links to those pages. I'm current working on that, so there should they should be back up and going in a day or two. I'm also looking into getting some smilies for this page so that I can convey my current mood to you, as well as make this page more exciting. That should be coming up soon as well.

A few things changed. The new main page is up and running, which allows access to the poetry pages again. The links in the poetry pages themselves still need fixing, though. I've got the new smilie system in place, and you can see the mood definitions at the bottom. I've still got quite a few pages left to convert into my own html script, but I can say that I'm at least halfway done now.

More work from me. The first two poetry pages are fixed and looking better. I also updated the Misc. Info. page, and change a few little things here and there. If all goes well, the html conversion should be over by the beginning of next week. Then I'm going to start moving things into subdirectories to help me organized the site and... yeah...

Well, I shall first say... damn. I converted all the remaining pages except the Links page. I'm going to tackle that one as soon as I edit my list of links. There are some new ones I'm going to add, and some old ones I want to take off. More adding than taking, though. I also added two poems to the poetry section, which should be problem-free now. Things are surprisingly ahead of schedule for me. I'm working on a new image which I'll probably add to the site, but I haven't a clue when I'm going to add it. I hope to have everything done before the 17th. Why? Well, GeoCities sent me an e-mail saying that their service shall be down from the 17th to the 19th for server works.

I am finished with the html conversion. And yes, I know, it was in html before, but now 'tisn't html written by a program. This now gives me time to begin the subdirectory work. This shouldn't affect the website directly. This is so I can organize my files a bit, but I am telling you just in case I do something stupid and half the site goes down. I think shall be alright, though.

Two updates in one night/morning? Yes indeed. I was rather bored, so instead of waiting until later, I started the subdirectory work and finished it. I'm rather surprised, as I thought 'twould take a day or two, but two hours is lots better. I also altered the poetry and image pages slightly, but nothing that should standout too dreadfully. This means I'm done with any site construction tasks until Incarnation Four, which is not even being pondered at the moment.

Guess what? Incarnation Four is now in the works. Why? Well, because of three reasons. 1.) I want to. 2.) Incarnation Three was designed for the Yahoo! PageBuilder, which was a lovely program, but I have now abandoned for more direct means. 3.) Did I mention I want to? I'm going to try and finish before the 17th, before all of the server work Geocities has planned. I just wanted to warn you all that once it does occur, areas of the site may be going down for reconstruction. I'm not thrilled about that part, but since I have copies of all the html pages on my PC, the downfall should only occur for about an hour at most while I put the pages online. I shall not close down the entire site like I did with the opening of Incarnation Two.

Aspects of Incarnation Four are already being integrated into the site. The main page and all the poetry pages are now ready to go. You probably noticed the new section called "Comics." That is an idea I've been playing with for a while. I still don't have a basic plot and characters, however, so it probably won't be ready upon the grand opening. If all goes well, I shall be able to finish before the end of this week with the major site works. Probably less if I'm not lazy.

More sections have entered the new incarnation style. The image pages, links page, and submission pages have all been altered. There is also a page up for the new comic section, but I haven't got anything there yet. Only a few sections left to go, and a new image to be uploaded before the end of the week (hopefully).

Incarnation Four is now up and going. The comic section has two character images added, but no actual comic yet. I'm still working on a story. Expect a new image and a new poem sometime within the next week or so.

I added a game section to the main page. There are currently three different java games available. They aren't too dreadfully amazing, but they add flavour to this site. And seeing how things are going, this site might eventually have to be refered to as a mulitmedia site, instead of just a poetry site. I also did a bit of server switching with some pages, but nothing extreme.

Lots of updates lately, huh? I'm just trying to get as much done before the Geocities server maintenance begins. The comic is getting closer to its first strip with the addition of a new character, but I still can't say when 'twill be done. The poetry section gets a new poem, and I've secured another 12 MB for this site with an outside source. I'm only using about 4.5 MB right now, so that leaves me with 22.5 MB to use. This site should be okay for a good while unless I get some weird expansion ideas.

A few things here and there. I altered the About Me and Misc. Info. pages slightly. I tried to alter the previous updates file so there would be no need to for the horizontal bar. It hasn't worked for me yet. I also added some more links to the links page, and I removed the Comics section. 'Tis just too much right now to write and draw a comic for the site. Perhaps in a few months I'll try again.

This is probably my last night of any serious work before the Geocities server goes down. I might be able to fit in one more update, if I really have something I need to put up, as server work doesn't begin until Friday night. I found a lot of old images and after a nostaligia session, I put all 14 on the site. I also organized the Images Galleries by year. Well, except for gallery of copyrighted characters, which hasn't had much done to it. I also had to move them off the Geocities server due to data transfer problems. I hate having to move files. Finally, I converted the previous updates into a really simple html page, as I couldn't stand looking at the .txt file anymore. I repeat, 'tis really simple, as I don't expect many to look at it.

The final update before the site goes down until the 19th. Hopefully the site shall still exist then, but if not, I have all the files saved for any necessary repairs, which means the entire site could be put back up in a single night. As for this eve, I reduced the size of many of the site's html files, but it shouldn't cause any visual change in appearance or loading times. This just means I have more space to use. I also found out that the entire image section of my site is about 2.5 MB total. I don't think anyone cares, but I found that to be interesting.

The lair has reopened, and it seems that all is well. I added a new image to the site. Also, you might notice the change in font on this page. This is because I'm starting to use CSS on my pages, because of easier to use format and reductions in page sizes. I plan to have a bit more put up on the site in a few days.

All the pages have been enhanced with CSS, and I shall say it makes this page easier to manage. A new poem and a new image have been added, and you might notice that I have replaced all the bar lines. These are smaller in size and don't require a pre-existing image. And for the moment, I do believe all is up and going quite well.

I modified the previous updates page, adding a bit of colour to it, because I couldn't read it in the former format (yes, I do read over my own updates). I also moved the page back onto the GeoCities server, so 'twould be easier to get to. I also decided to move the updates on this page to the previous updates about once a month, so that there is some manner of system to it.

The previous updates page has changed again, reducing the file size of the page. Also, I am toying with new design concepts for a new incarnation. Besides that, I have nothing. I'm working on some poem ideas in my head, but nothing is ready for paper; and I haven't any ideas for a new image right now.

'Tis now official: The new incarnation upgrade shall be known as Incarnation Five. This may confuse some, as Incarnation Four really hasn't been up for long, but this new incarnation shall be easier for me to edit in all aspects, including the colour palette for the site. As you may notice, the current palette is composed mostly of gray. (The colour behind the words is actually a light shade of gray and not white.) With the new incarnation, the palette could easily become mostly blue, red, green, etc. Also, for those of us in the States, 'tis Memorial Day, so let us show our respect to those which have fought and/or died for this country, and let us continue to work for a world in which conflict is no longer necessary.
