This is what Fish Boy had to say about his choice!
Riley:

"*Laughs* I bet that you didn't know Iowa has its very own fishin' spots! Well, guess what! It does!!! It brings back memories of when I was a boy... We wen' on a fishin' trip once, all of us girls - um, I mean boys, and all the other kids started callin' me fish boy. I didn't know why so I asked my momma. After all, ma's so smart! She always has all the answers!
And she says, 'Riley,' she says, 'Your last name is Finn, honey, and that's because you're a member of this here Finn family. Other people are jealous that they don't have as many cows as we do, my boy, so they like to make fun of us, but we're a good kind of people! So you just hold that head of yours up high and don't you let them hold you down! You're not a fish boy to me, baby, not to your dear ma!'
I've always remembered what she said...that's cuz she's my ma, and I did what she told me. And now the only one who calls me Fish boy is Xander! ...and Spike. ...and Buffy behind my back. and all the fans... But it don't mean nuthin'! Um, I have to go. Now."

*Riley runs away, trying to dodge all the fish-shaped knives being thrown at him by the aforementioned people. Of course, not all of them miss...*
