Process
This "lesson" is very loosely organized. It can involve one or more classes. It can be taught or facilitated all in one period per day, or it can take part of several periods. It can take as many days weeks as the facilitator wishes to dedicate to it or it can all be done outside the classroom. As it lends itself to multiple disciplines it can culminate in an end of the semester program or field day to include parents and other students or not.
The teacher will wqant to apply her own strengths and consider her own weaknesses in the area of expressing expectations and carrying through with a time line of completion. Some experience and criteria from which to critique the many areas of presentations (power point public speaking 2D and 3D graphic displays ) is helpful but not neccessary as for many students this will be their first public presentatin of its type and success and positive experiences should be the goal. role plays, for example?
