Pakistan is producing IT graduates from universities all across the country. A few universities are producing graduates of high quality and play significant role in the IT industry of the country. But the total number of these graduates is very low as compared to the total output. Large number of students is graduated from the universities which are unable to provide state-of-the-art tools and technologies and appropriate means of IT education.

Most of the students are, in consequence, unable to get proper jobs, which is subsequently increasing the unemployment rate of the country and results in all the problems of unemployment.

Moreover, the country requires IT professionals who should be proficient in their field to carry out large number of IT projects. Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is also assisting in providing projects of national level to individuals of good credentials.
It has become a point of grave concern to increase the quality the quality of IT graduates which can serve the twofold purpose. First, graduates from all universities will be able to get suitable jobs. Second, the urgent need of high quality graduates of the country will be served.

We, therefore, propose to have a national Web Portal under the ownership of any governmental organization like High Education Commission (HEC) or PSEB etc. The portal will be a repository for final-year projects of graduating students. The projects will be managed virtually by IT professionals through this portal.
