It is time to get moving on your entries for the quilt show. Finish up that quilt top, put on the binding, and attach that label!
The quilt entry forms will be available at the June meeting. Your entry forms must be turned in by the September 8, 2009 Business meeting. Each quilt entered into the show must have its own entry form accompanied by a color photo of the quilt. Your photo does not have to be the completed quilt, it can be a quilt you are still working on. All quilts must have an identifying label sewn on the back, lower right side and a 4-inch sleeve for hanging.
Remember, this is not a judged show so don’t be intimidated to enter your works of art -- all levels of quilts are encouraged. The only requirement for entering a quilt in our show is that you are a member of our guild, you were part of constructing the quilt, and the quilt has never been in our show before.
All quilts must be hand delivered to Pokerville Hall at the Amador County Fairgrounds on Friday, October 2nd, between 8 - 11 am.
