  Note: when lengths are given in clock cycles (in a PAL C64, the clocks ticks at 985248 cycles/sec), they refer to full wave lengths (from a trigger to the next one). When lengths are given in T-states (3.5 million T-states are 1 second), they refer to pulse lengths: a wave is made up of a negative pulse and a positive one, so a wave is twice as long as a pulse. To convert from T-states to clock cycles, multiply by 0.563.
