St. Antony's Association is a charitable organization which offers its services to the disabled whether physically or mentally regardless of their religion or social or economic level. This association offers distinguished gratuitous services because the association does not seek profit, its goal is elevating the level of the disabled.

** The goals of the association:

      

1.    Achieving progress and development for the disabled through the different activities offered to him by the association.

2.    Making the community change its idea about the disabled and co-operate with him.

3.    Provoking the community to have a positive participation of rehabilitating the disabled.

4.    Spreading a cultural awareness of the causes of disability and the factors leading to it.

5.    Achieving the goal of participation between the community and the disabled to realize a complete interaction between them.

6.     Developing the human resources and the voluntary work in the institutions.

7.    Achieving completeness in work through co-operating with other institutions that is active in the same field.

8.    Spreading cultural awareness concerning the role of parents in handling with their disabled children. This can be achieved through meetings and written programmes.
