Fri. March 5, 2004 Well, it's a year and four months later, and I am making what may be the last update.
The ugly beast called REAL LIFE has reared it's head, and I am moving on to other things, which leaves no time for watching Star Trek, much less modeling the ships.
So there you have it. This site will stay up as long as geocities keeps it up (and longer than that if I can help it).
What this means: every project/work-in-progress here is postponed indefinitly. There is a small chance I may resume work on some things on this site (the model, and maybe write the story), but that will require some radical change in my life, so don't count on it.

If you are interested in what I AM working on, my personal website should be up by the end of 2004 (some time...).

This project is aimed at designing and modeling a ship that combines futuristic, post-voyager federation and borg technology as well as some major components from a new race - the Chystalians.  The result is the USS Destiny (NX 92809) - a battleship, a flagship of the new intergalactic coalition, and the most powerful ship in the galaxy.  With the federation already controlling over 1/3 of the galaxy, this ship would make the federation unstoppable; that is until the borg queen and species 8472...

Specs Contain a list of all the ships systems, power output, shield strengths, etc. (similar to the 'ship specs' in the Daystrom Institute Technical Library: http://www.ditl.org/).
Details Descriptions and explanations for new technologies and ideas.
Artwork Snapshots from 3D rendering and short (3-20sec) movies of various ship functions, modes of operation, weapons, etc.
