Tammi's Mom And Dad

My Mom and Dad have been married for 39 years Feb 18, 2006. In 2001 they renewed their wedding vows at "First Christain Church in Athen,Texas". My daughters and I stood up for them which made it a very beautiful thing. As I sat and watched my parents renew their vows I went back in my thoughts of growing up. I can remember my parents always being close granted like all marriages they had their days :-) but always seemed to pull though what ever life had thrown at them. I now watch my parents with my children and I do have to sat "HEY" how come we did not get away with that when we were their age.. you know it is funny how my girls remind me of my sister and I even more when I see them with my parents and watching my parents teach them things they once taught us...Mom and Dad you have have always been there for me through the good and the bad and now you are there for my girls in the same way... We love you and thank you for your love, support and caring heart. Now there is one thing that don't make to much sense to me but, I am ok with it....The day Sam walked into my life I became the daughter in-law and him your son. It's kind of cute though how dad and Sam get along so well. I am so glad I could find someone who is not only special to me and the girl's but also someone whom you accept as part of the family... We love you two dearly.

 

   

   

 

Tammi's Sister Tina & Family

My sister Tina and her family... The pictures above are of her daughter Kristina Kaye and her 4 year old son Stephan David. My sister and her family lives in Hot Springs, Ar .
My sister Tina and I were always close growing up. With being the last two of six kids we had more time together. We were nothing alike. Mom and dad said they couldnt see many resemblances between us two, nor could we except the love and silent bond we had for one another. She was one so quiet and unsure, Me so intent on taking on the whole world. We had our days were would fight and argue and some days we loved each other. I was always trying to get her in trouble "sorry sis" or to inflick some kind of pain on her " sorry Sis dad gave me the bb gun :-) ". I never really understood the bond between us until we got older. Now I wish I would of held on to the early years and lived them so much different than I did. I know we can not go back in time but we changed making the future what we have always hoped for. As adult's we now share our lives as mother's. Living our lives through our children's eyes and taking pride in sharing our stories with them. It funny now I can look at Samantha & Megan and I now know what mom went through :-) Sorry mom There is nothing in this world she and I would not do for each other no matter what the cost may be.... I may be the youngest of us two but I am very protective of her and her kids "guess that is why I moved a couple houses away from her, I can see everything :-) ". Some may say too protective but hey, You only live once and I want to make sure we can live it as long as we can and as happy as we can be... I love you sis...

Sam's Mom And B.J

Ruby is just like a second mother to me. She is the most sweetest lady you could every meet. Ruby has accepted me into the family and I am glad to be here and to call her mom. She took in the girls like they have always been in her family not once did I have to think does she accept Samantha or Megan.
In September of 2003 she had heart surgery and we all feared for her out come, but, she's a fighter and made it through. She still has some more problems and will soon be having them taken care of. We are glad to be living back in East Texas so we can be closer to her in case she may need something. She is not one to ask for help so you have to just listen to things she says to know what it is she may need help with or done for her.
Now B.J is Ruby's partner and he does care for her a great deal. B.J is really hard to get to understand and know because of the way he acts but you know what we all act different from everyone else and some people do like us for that :) Know matter what some may say B.J I love ya and so do the girls. We are glad to have you as a part of our family.

 

Sam's Brother's

Sam has 4 brothers. Vernon, Dwight, Kenny and Byron. They are a great bunch of guys that you can call brother in-laws and maybe sometimes just Bubba :)
