Today the school newspaper went on sale. My article about the AFS picnic is in it! My writing debut!
Right now it's snowing out, and it looks so beautiful! But I'm really mad, cuz I was praying for it to snow during the week, but instead it waits for he weekend! Damn snow!!
I made a mustache for my Daryl doll. Looks pretty good!

Saturday, December 3, 1977

Went Christmas shopping from 9:30 till about 2:30! What a day! I think I'm gonna collapse! I got everyone a present, except for mom. I could'nt get her one while she was right there! Dad said he'll take me to get her one next Saturday!
Got Lisa a 8x10 color glossy of Frampton. What a dog!
I'm spending the night at Lisa's.

Woke up around 8, after going to sleep at 2:30.
Came home & went grocery shopping with mom & dad.
Addressed all of my X-mas cards.
It looks very snowy out! We're supposed to get heavy snow tonight & tomarrow! Alright!! Maybe no school!!!! Sure hope we get enough snow!
Sundays are soooo boring!!
20 days til X-mas! Can't wait! Hope I get that stereo!

Guess what?! There was no school today either!! Isn't that great? I went up to Lisas and helped her put her tree up.
Oh, I think I'm gonna faint! I'm staring at this pic of Daryl with his shirt undone! God, what a hunk! He has to be the sexiest man in the world! And he has the most wonderful chest I've ever seen!! I love those hairs on there. My heart skips a few dozen beat when I look at him! I'd love to touch his chest, and just see what it's like! It gets hairier as it gets closer to his belly-button! Wish I could see it down a wee bit further!

Thursday, December 8, 1977

Well, we started out in school, but, because it started to get blizzardy, we got out at 2:00! Pretty nice!
I did my devoted C&T deeds for the night. I called KZ-93 3 times! They played "Lonely Night" & "touch You" for me. I promised the d.j. I would keep listening! So here I sit, writing this as I listen to my favorite channel, KZ-93!!
Hope there's no school tomarrow! Unlikely!

Friday, December 9, 1977

Guess what? Right! There was no school today either! This has been a wonderful week!
Got two letters in the mail. I like getting mail!
Tonight the Carpenters Christmas special was on. They're pretty good! But Daryl & Toni will always be the best!
Today the temp was -5 with a windchill of -48. I'm not sure what is right now, but I think its probably colder!
2 weeks till Christmas. I can't wait!

Saturday, December 10, 1977

Today was somewhat boring for a Saturday. Let me summarize the days events:
First I got up only to find that my hamster is still alive! Then I took a shower and washed my hair. After that, I dried & curled it. Looks nice! We then went to K-mart where I got mom's X-mas presents, and myself a polo shirt, and a misletoe. The rest of the day has been nothing!
Watched the Grinch & Frosty.

Sunday, December 11, 1977

I lay here looking at the X-mas tree thinking of Christmas pasts. Today wouldn't have been such a waste had I not have ruined it by worrying about tomarrow!
I saw a commercial for C&T's new album. It was great. They showed all the pictures and at the end the guy said something like, "The Captain & Tennille's greatest hits, for you & the one you love!" Isn't that great!?
We went up to Cow & Fishes.
Watched the Music Awards. Of course you know who wasn't on it! CAPTAIN & TENNILLE I'm pissed!

Monday, December 12, 1977

Well, Today we had a warm streak! Got up to about 45, I think!
I went to the dentist, and got 4 teeth filled. They feel funny now! I have to go back tomarrow. Yuck!!!!
Made pizza. Watched Charlie Brown.
Got present from one of my boy pen-pals! He said not to open it till X-mas, so I'm gonna wait. Aren't I nice?
For C&T's present, I sent them a picture of a bulldog I painted. Wow!

Tuesday, December 13, 1977

Today was kind of hard to explain. One of those super gloomy days where nothin' great happens! The fog was so bad that you could hardly see your hand when you hold it out in front of your nose!
I got out at 2:30 to go to the dentist the 2nd day in a row.
Got my Tiger Beat in the mail, and one letter.
6 more days of school, and a half.

Today was pretty much the same as yesterday.
Got A on typing and science tests!
But I'm not doing so well in Algebra!
No mail for me today.
Had lasagna for lunch & spagetti for supper.
I hate school!!!

Thursday, December 15, 1977

There was nothing extraordinary about today either.
Joe wore a really foxy pair of cords!
I'm goin' to get the pic in my album of Pooh without his shirt put onto a T-shirt for me, Saturday! Isn't it great? No one else will have a shirt like it!! And besides that, I will literally have Daryl on my chest!
9 days till Christmas, and my true love gave to me A POOH-BEAR ON MY CHEST (ha, ha)

Friday, December 16, 1977

Today was not quite so boring. At our pep assembly Mark Waynewright, WIRL D.J. was there. I'm listening to him on the radio now. He's cool!
I been writing stuff like, "hi foxy!" on Joe's locker lately and today he wrote back: "To whom it may concern: Stop writing on my locker please. I'm not interested" How do you like that? So I wrote back; "Okay, Sorry"
The Brems came over
3 more days of school!!

Saturday, December 17, 1977

Went shopping. Got Leif Garrett's album. Listened to it up at Lisa's. It's real good!
Mom & dad drug me to the Johnson's! What a bummer! I hate it when they insist on making me go some place I don't want to! They treat me like I'm still a little kid! After all, I am almost 15. I can take care of myself! What's worse is they refused to let me spend the night at Lisa's!!

Bob & Chad were over for a very short time.

Monday, December 19, 1977

Nothing wonderful happened today.
After school I went to the dentist. I have to go again the same time tomarrow.
Do you believe X-mas is almost here? Seems like only yesterday was the C&T concert May 27.
I'll have to start a new diary soon. I'll try to make it more interesting. It all depends on what happens in '78!

Today was nothing special either. I was gonna get out at 2:30 for the dentist anyway! School was out early because of snow. Got to go back to dentist in a week. I didn't get any mail.
The guy on the weather said you'll need someone to cuddle with tonight. Gonna get cold! Sure wish I could cuddle up to Daryl! I love that hair on his chest! I hope that I can meet them this summer! If I do, I'll be sure to give Pooh a humongus kiss! What a sexy man! Wow!
Gotta go to the can!

Today was kinda fun. Sat by Joe in the library. His beard looks good now. Lisa is staying all night.
Got out of school at 2:30 for X mas vacation.

x-mas vacation!
first free day. went shopping Took in my shirt to get the pic of Pooh put on it. Gonna pick it up tomarrow. Can't wait! Got magazine with huge Leif poster in it!
Switched around my room to make space for the stereo I'm gonna get for x-mas!
Went up to Bob's place
Made pizza
time for bed.

Christmas eve
Well, it's 9:00 PM. Getting to bed early so Santa can come, ha, ha!
Bob & Sharolyn came over. We ate stuff.

Merry Christmas! Got Stereo, Nuttsy Tennis, corn popper, stationery, clothes, poster, perfume, necklace, bracelets, candy, scrabble, chirping woodstock
Real good x-mas. I love this stereo! Went to Aunt Dot's, & Bob's.
Watched T.V., and "played" with my new stuff!
Called Lisa at about 9:00 P.M. Happy B-day Jesus!
Merry Christmas to Toni & Daryl, too!

Monday, December 26, 1977

Went shopping. Got records. New Daryl doll. Doll case.
Dumb ol' Lisa won the Captain Convinient Sweepstakes! She gets a T.V. game set worth 99$
Tonight I almost started to cry just thinking about how much I love C&T! Wrote Carol Cicotti a letter!
took in C&T negs at Penney's to get copies made. Pick up in 2 weeks.

Today was kind of yucky. Got up at 20 after 7, went to dentist, then straight to the doctor's for a blood test!
We also went to IGA. Big whoop!
Lisa came down.
Watched T.V.
Took down x-mas tree this afternoon.
Got one letter in the mail.
Picked up room some. Gonna watch Soap.

Wednesday, December 28, 1977

I'm writing a little earlier tonight than I usually do simply cuz I have nothing better to do. I've been just sitting around all day. Only time I got out was to get the mail!
Just got off the phone with Pick & Browt. Pick can't come over; she's going skiing in Wisconsin, and Browt can't either; she's gonna go visit relatives down south.
Tonight is a movie about an invasion of tarantulas.
One of these days maybe I'll have a guy to spend all of my time with. But I don't know if I actually want to be an adult or not!

Was gonna stay all night with Lisa, but then Bob called and asked me to sit Chad when I was at Lisa's. So here me & her are at Bob's house. We just put Chaddy to bed. We've been havin' fun playing with his x-mas toys.
I love Daryl Dragon! He's a hunk. We're pretending that Chad is me & D's baby. Me, D, Chad, Lisa, & Peter all live here together!

Wow! One more day left in 1977. This has been the fasted year I've ever had!
Today I just layed around all day and slept.
Didn't get any mail.
Got 4 bucks from Bob for babysitting.
Watching Donny & Marie now.

Went shopping. Got 4 magazines, and a navy blue sailor shirt.
Listened to top 93 on KZ-93. L.W.K.U.T., came in 38.
Fixed hair. Went up to Brem's.
Came home. Watched Andy Gibb on a show. He's a fox!
