Project Management Application
The idea was to design a Project Management/Time Sheet Management application for small and medium sized organizations businesses, which incorporates a Time Sheet, Task Manager, Project Planner, Proposal Costing and Organization Resource Manager.

Consider the time sheet aspect only for now.
· The time sheet should be able to provide the following features:
· Be able to evaluate people at the end of 3 or 6 months effectively.
· Ensure all people are allocated tasks, and there is no lack of clarity in anyone's role.
· Be able to trace which people are going to be idle beginning when, so as to allocate tasks on projects, planned well in advance.
· Actual time spent in building an application as opposed to planned time.
· To calculate actual time spent so as to figure out whether person is slow in coding or task time allocation is not accurate or task is not specified clearly.

The main purpose of the entire application including the task manager, project planner, proposal costing etc is to be able to make a Project Proposal, to define each and every screen of the project, as best as possible right at the proposal stage.

12. Navigation development ( keeping user work load in mind)
13. Room for Scalability/ flexibility
14. Prototyping
