New Jersey SHD Development has recently obtained some very attractive sites on which to develop affordable housing in New Jersey and continues to identify more appropriate locations in the state. Currently, we envision at least two projects, one in Jamesburg and the other in Lambertville. Jamesburg: a 33 unit senior housing complex in an attractive environment in Middlesex County. Lambertville: a projected 70 to 75 unit senior housing complex in a beautiful and quiet section just above the main portion of the town.
