Mayreau

The first shot above was taken from the boat looking toward the beach and up to the village. The boat is Kristali, a beautiful Southern Cross 39 built by the owners, Steve and Connie. The next shots are from the hill to the village looking down to Saline Bay. Destiny is the boat with the large wind generator. The island in the background is Union Island.

These were taken on our walk through town. The first is us with Don, who had established a web site for his boat, Destiny Calls, when he went through the Caribbean. The next is the pretty Catholic Church in the village.

The pictures here are also from our walk on Mayreau. The first is Mayreau's windward reef taken from the top of the island, near the church. The next is Saline Bay as seen from the village. There was a trail to the north of the island that we walked along and the next shot is of Salt Whistle Bay, a very picturesque little bay, with the corner of an island called Canouan at the extreme right, with the next shot of the beach there.

Finally, the last two are looking out towards the Tobago Cays, only about 5 miles away.
