Trinidad Pictures-Part 1North Coast
 
 
 These pictures are from the Turtle Watch we went on. These are all Leatherback Turtles. The first shot is a hatchling Diane picked up and the rest are of several different adults we saw that night that came up on the beach to lay their eggs. The second shot is our guide moving the rear flipper so we could see the eggs better and the fourth shot is with an English scientist that was studying the turtles' behavior. Most of the action was between 11pm and midnight. Chaguaramas
 
 
  These pictures are the boat while it was on the hard at the Powerboats yard except the first which is a sunset taken from our slip at CrewsInn. Notice the condition of the prop after 1 month at a slip in Chaguaramas (it was clean when we got there) and then the nice clean and painted prop before we launched. We changed the bottom color and raised the waterline about 4 inches (you can see there's no white gelcoat between the bottom paint and the bootstripe anymore). |
