Bermuda is, at the closest, about 650 miles off any point of the East Coast. For us, it was about 700 miles from New York City, and add another 50 or so miles to get to NYC from Stamford, Connecticut. We were here from November 6, 2000 to November 8 and then again from January 4, 2001 to January 15.
