DMG

General Feats

From Complete Adventurer, Complete Arcane, Complete Divine and Complete Warrior

Nearly all of the new feats in Complete Arcane (pp. 73-84), Complete Divine (pp. 77-86) and Complete Warrior (pp. 92-114) are available (too many to list here). Consult with the DM.

Draconic (Complete Arcane), and Faith (Complete Divine) feats are not available.

From Expanded Psionics Handbook

Psionics are not available to PCs, but the following new feats from the Expanded Psionics Handbook (pp. 41-52) are potentially useful in non-psionic campaigns:

Stand Still Str 13 Attack of opportunity stops foe's movement

Complete Book of Eldritch Might

General Feats

Battle Touch Dex 15 Your touch attack spells last longer, giving them more use in combat.
Good Memory None You gain a +5 compentence bonus to remember things not covered in a Knowledge skill check.
Magical Talent None You gain a +2 bonus to Knowledge (Arcana) and Spellcraft.


Eldritch Feats

Aid Spellcasting Ability to cast arcane spells, Int 15, and Cha 15 You add your knowledge and power to the casting of an allied arcanist's spells
Conjure Mastery Cha 17, Caster Level 7th You learn how to get more powerful creatures when you cast summoning spells.
Fuse With Item Cha 19, Caster Level 10th You can absorb a magic item into your body, taking on its essence and powers.
Item Image Int 17, Caster Level 5th You bond yourself or someone else with a magic item by use of a tatoo.
Lace Spell: Elemental Energies Int 17, Caster Level 5th You can add more damage to the spells you cast by lacing them with elemental energy.
Lace Spell: Enemy Bane Int 17, Caster level 5th You can add more damage to the spells you cast when you cast them upon a chosen enemy.
Lace Spell: Holy/Unholy Int 17, Caster Level 5th By lacing them with energy, you can add potency to the spells you cast against good or evil targets.
Lace Spell: Lawful/Chaotic Int 17, Caster Level 5th By lacing them with energy, you can add potency to the spells you cast against lawful or chaotic targets.
Lace Spell: Resistance Int 17, Caster Level 7th You make your spells more potent and harder to dispel
Mirror Sight Cha 19, Caster Level 1st You can look through a mirror and see an image that is reflected in a specific other mirror or an individual reflected in any other mirror.
Subliminal Spellcasting Cha 11, Caster Level 3rd, Bluff You can cast a spell so subtly as to make it extremely difficult to detect that it even happened.


Spellsong Feats
(note that these feats are only allowed if you play a Variant Bard)

Accompaniment Ability to cast Spellsongs By using a musical instrument as a focus, your spellsongs overpower magical silence.
Amplify Song (Forte) Ability to cast Spellsongs By making a Perform (Sing) check, you can increase the range of your spellsongs.
Intensify Song (Crescendo) Ability to cast Spellsongs By making a Perform (Sing) check, you can increase the damage of your spellsongs.
Sustain Song (Sostenuto) Ability to cast Spellsongs By making a Perform (Sing) check, you can increase the duration of your spellsongs.
Vivify Song (Maestoso) Ability to cast Spellsongs By making a Perform (Sing) check, you can increase the DC of your spellsongs.


Book of Hallowed Might

General Feats

Favored Enemy Strike Favored Enemy When attacking your favored enemy, you deal an additional 1d6 damage for every time you hit.
Favored Enemy Strike, Critical Favored Enemy When inflicting a critical hit on your favored enemy, you deal an extra 1d10 damage.


Blessed Feats

Call Down Divine Wrath Devout Faith, ability to turn undead, spellcaster level 9th, Wisdom 18 by spending two turning attempts, you can attempt to stun all enemies within 30 feet
Devout Faith DM approval You gain the Blessing of your god.
Redeeming Grace Devout Faith, ability to turn undead, ability to remove curse or disease By spending a turning attempt, you can attempt to remove a curse or disease you would normaly not be able to
Vow of Chastity Devout Faith As long as you keep your vow, you gain resistance to disease and poison
Vow of Fidelity Devout Faith As long as you keep your vow, you gain resistance to charms and compulsions
Vow of Obedience Devout Faith As long as you keep your vow, you gain the ability to cure your own wounds
Vow of Poverty Devout Faith As long as you keep your vow, you gain an insight bonus to Bluff, Diplomacy, Gather Information, Intimidate, and Sense Motive checks
Vow of Stability Devout Faith As long as you keep your vow, you gain the ability to spend two turning attempts to empower a spell

Arcane Battle Feats

Arcane Battle Mastery Int 13+, Base Attack Bonus +1 Gain Concentration, Knowledge (Arcana), and Spellcraft as class skills.
Animate Weapon Arcane Battle Mastery, Summon Spectral Squire, Base Attack Bonus +12 You animate a weapon to fight for you.
Arcane Weapon Arcane Battle Mastery, Base Attack Bonus +1 Grant a weapon an enhancement bonus.
Aspect of Battle Arcane Battle Mastery, Mind Strike, Serpent-Eyed Strike, Cha 13, and Base Attack Bonus +12 Grant your enemies a penalty to attacks
