| Hello! Welcome to The Meditation Chamber! I've set up this site to describe how I made my Vader costume. My suit has been a work in progress since 1978, and it is always undergoing modifications and upgrades. My costume, shown below, is made mostly from ordinary houshold items and hard ware store finds. Since I stand at a whopping 5'2", the Standard Don Post Studios mask works well with my proportions. I've scaled down all of the accessories to 75%. I'm literally a 3/4 scale version of my favorite Sith Lord! In 2000, I got involved in the internet and discovered how many other people enjoy creating their own Vader costumes. | Star Wars Costume and Props on Exhibit at the Museum of Science in Boston....see a few pics Halloween 2005 Click on Halloween 2005 to see a couple of pics of the Episode 3 section of my Halloween display. Includes Burnt Anakin! A big High Five to "Darth Sangre" who built his Vader suit according to my plans and ideas. He won $1575 in prize money by winnning two different Halloween costume contests!!! |
