open Monday through Saturday, with emergency telephone coverage 24
hours a day.

Compton Central
Community Health Center is on North Central Avenue at 150th Street,
one block north of Compton Boulevard.
Approximately 1
to 3 miles from South Central Los Angeles, Gardena, Long Beach, Carson and
Paramount, the Clinic is centrally located to provide service to a number of
surrounding communities. We are
easily accessible by public transportation and offer free shuttle transportation
in our 13‑seat shuttle bus.
The Clinic is
located adjacent to MTA bus lines which connect to the Blue Line and Green Line
trains and to bus transfer points in downtown Los Angeles.
During normal business hours, MTA bus #51 runs every 24 minutes on
Compton Boulevard. On Central
Avenue, the number 53 MTA bus runs every 30 minutes.
The number 51 runs, in approximately 11 minutes, from our office to the
Compton Blue Line Station. The Blue
Line runs every ten minutes during normal business hours.
The number 53 bus connects to the Green Line.
Compton Central Community Health
Center is 2 miles east of the 110 Freeway, 3½ miles west of the Long Beach
Freeway, 1½ miles north of the 91 Freeway, and 2¼ miles south of the 105
Freeway.
