Medical Diagnosis and Treatment

 Compton Central Community Health Center provides a comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases.  An in-depth inquiry of each patient’s medical history will be taken.  Examinations will include taking of vital signs, observations of the ear, nose, throat, eyes, and mouth, along with a check of the patient’s reflexes and other aspects of their physical culture.  Trained, certified medical professionals perform all examinations and services.  Compton Central Community Health Center has a full range of medical diagnostics equipment for treatment which are specially designed to render accurate readings of a patient’s health, including a heart monitor, sonogram, x-ray, and laboratory services.

Pharmacy Services

Compton Central Community Health Center has pharmacy services on-site.  We can provide you with many medications, and give you a low-cost referral for others.  Some medications are provided at no cost to patients who qualify for prescription assistance.

Laboratory Services

We perform or access any laboratory test needed to diagnose your health problem.

Compton Central Community Health Center currently holds a Certificate of Compliance in Laboratory Procedures, which assures you that your laboratory results will be provided with the utmost in professional standards and accuracy.  All patient laboratory results are strictly confidential.

Radiology Services

We offer radiology services on-site, including ultrasound.  We possess an X-Ray technician, licensed to provide X-Ray services, as well as a physician with a Physician Supervision License.  Patients can be assured that your X-Ray services will be handled in accordance with the highest professional standards and accuracy, and that X-Ray results will be strictly confidential.

Ultrasound Services

Compton Central Community Health Center has on-site Ultrasound services through a licensed ultrasound technician.

As a Child Health Disability and Prevention (CHDP) provider, we give complete physical examinations and treatment for children. We offer pre-natal, infant, and well-child health care services, age appropriate immunizations, and developmental assessments. We provide school enrollment immunizations. Our pediatricians are bilingual in English and Spanish and are experienced in treating children of all ages
