The "Time Machine" was one of them, every now and then they would play the film on television and i would have kicked myself if i missed it. The whole notion of time travel was inspired and wonderful to dream about and so that gave me the encouragement to build my own replica model. But It wasn't until many years later that i would finally take on the challenge and in 2004 i began to plan my model. I took pictures from the internet and printed them up on large A3 poster sized sheets and hanged them above my meager little work area. I studied the images closely so that the scale would be close to the original, the entire project took longer than I expected but the finished result was more than satisfactory. But I finally did it and I believe without a doubt that something changed in me forever, now I am convinced that I can build a full size machine.
